This professional grade drum set is ready to play. These drums have been well cared for and have always been kept indoors. The finish is what Yamaha calls Vintage. This is a hand rubbed finish that is applied to the inside and outside of the drum shells. The bass drum is 22 x 16 and features 10 ply maple construction. The two floor toms (14 x 12 and 16 x 14) are also 10 ply. The other toms (8 x 8, 10 x 9, and 12 x 10) and the snare drum (14 x 5-1/2) are all 7 ply construction. The drums feature small body gold plated lugs. The toms use 3mm Aluminum power hoops and the bass drum uses 10ply maple hoops. The snare features solid machined hoops. All tom stands are double braced Yamaha brand. There are 3 double braced Yamaha cymbal stands, 1 single braced Yamaha stand, and 1 single braced Gibraltar Boom Stand. The set has a DW5000 chain drive double bass pedal and also a DW5000 Hi-Hat stand. A DW double braced throne provides a comfy place to sit while you are jamming. There is also a Pearl 8 cowbell and mount. All Cymbals are Avedis Zildjian and still retain their original markings. Cymbals in this set are as follows: 20″ Medium Ride, 14″ New Beat Hi-Hat, 10″ Splash, 16″ Rock Crash, 16″ Medium/Thin Crash, and 17″ Thin Crash. I have a set of Gator soft cases for the drums, a Zildjian cymbal bag, a hardware/stands case, and a nice stick bag. I can provide pictures of these items if you are interested.
