This is a HUGE set of TAMA Granstar drums, circa 1987, in gunmetal finish. They have nicks, scrapes and normal wear for older drums that were used, but no major damage. The shells and hoops are structurally perfect. A couple of the toms have the wrap-edge lifting up, but I’ve never gotten around to re-gluing them since they are on the back and don’t really show, but this could be done if desired. If you research these drums, you will find that Granstar was TAMA’s top of the line series at the time, right under the Artstar series… And they sound and look fantastic. They will come with everything pictured, minus the cymbals. This includes the large, wrap-around Gibraltar rack setup, Gibraltar bass pedals, Gibraltar legless hi-hat stand with clamp, snare stand, many cymbal boom arms and many extra Gibraltar rack parts (tubes, clamps, etc), plus the original Titan bass pedals. The sizes are as follows. 24 bass drums (x2). 14×6.5 chrome wrapped snare drum. 6 home-made acrylic octobans (x4). All drums have new Remo clear Powerstroke heads on the batter sides and Remo Starfire (chrome) heads on the resonant sides. I will be including a bunch of Remo clear Ambassador heads as well.
