These clear vista-lite drums have no cracks and no yellowing, which if you are aware is quite rare. 2 rare 24 clear vista-lite bass drums. 1 14 clear vista-lite snare drum. 1 12 clear vista-lite tom tom. 1 13 clear vista-lite tom tom. 1 16 clear vista-lite floor tom tom. 1 hi-hat w/stand and 2 14 cymbals. 1 18 ride cymbal w/stand. 1 16 ride cymbal w/stand. 1 16 crash cymbal w/stand. New Ludwig clear and silver dot heads were added to all 6 drums recently. Vistalite drums were a line of acrylic drums produced by the Ludwig Drum company, introduced in 1972. The name Vistalite refers to the translucent plastic that the shells were made out of. Vistalite and acrylic offered a synthetic alternative to wood shells and were popularized by rock drummer John Bonham of Led Zeppelin. The original Vistalites are a collectors item.
