DW Collector’s Series 14 piece in Rally Stripe wrap. With matching everything: snare, subwoofers, rata toms. Yes, the picture above is real, not a dream. I can say this is probably the most amazing DW Collector’s drum set I’ve ever seen. I think it’s truly hard to find a DW drum set that has this many drums. The drum set came originally as an 8 piece Keller from 1997 (without the subwoofers and the rata toms). Then the subwoofers and the ratatoms were custom ordered as well, and then the whole drum set was professionally re-wrapped to match. The subwoofers have the mounting brackets with the poles to attach to the bass drum. I have to specify this as not every woofer comes with the mounting poles. The ratatoms are not DW, as I believe DW doesn’t make them. But then all the DW hardware and badges were added, so it looks exactly as they should to match the rest of the set. They sound amazing, you wouldn’t tell the quality is any different. There is a small chip inside one of the ratatoms (pictured below). Does not affect in any way the sound. The wrap is in 9/10 condition. I really couldn’t find any real scratches that would show in pictures. I took very good HD pics that you can see if you scroll down. There are no air bubbles from the re-wrapping. It does not look 10/10 because they are almost 20 years old, but it looks a solid 9/10. Be ready to get every compliment about this set. These sliding mounts where removed before wrapping to make the bass drum “virgin” style. The holes are still there, but now covered by the wrap. This is actually good, as it gives you the option of leaving it virgin as it is, or install the sliding mounts again if you wish. I’m including one of the sliding mounts. The other one was lost. 14×11 floor tom (floating) “C”. 16×13 floor tom (floating) “G”. 14×5.5 snare drum “B”. 22×18 bass drum “C#”. SUMMARY: This kit would be impossible to get in a store. Special kits like this would need to be ordered to DW. This set is not for everyone, but whoever gets it will be a very happy drummer. 8” AND 10” TOMS. 12” TOM AND 14” FLOOR TOM. 16” FLOOR TOM AND 14 SNARE. 22X18” AND 22X8” BASS. 6X10, X12, X14, X16” RATATOMS.
