RELY AVAILABLE 50+ YEAR OLD ORIGINAL ONE OWNER ROGERS SILVER SPARKLE HOLIDAY KIT #91410. This set, put together for me by Frank’s Drums in Chicago in 1966, includes, a 20″ x 16″ base, a 16″ x 17″ floor tom, a 12″ x 9″ tom-tom” and a 14″ x 6 Powertone snare. This set was played lightly by me for two years and then securely stored in my home. There have been no modifications or deletions to my original from set. The heads are original. I have also included the bass L arm in a Knobby holder for the ride cymbal, a swiv-o-matic arm for the tom-tom and all legs and spurs. This drum set never left the house and the heads have never been removed. The shells are juts they way they were in 1966. This set is over 50 years old so they do some age related wear, however the set is well preserved and it looks and sounds much the same as it did in 1966. I have the original bill of sale and will add it to my photographs once located. This is one of a handful of vintage Roger’s drum sets that is as close to new as you will ever find. Don’t let it get away. ROGERS DRUMS ARE NICKNAMED THE’CADILLAC’ OF DRUMS AND ARE UP THERE WITH SOME OF DRUM HISTORY’S FINEST. SOME BELIEVE THAT THESE ARE THE FINEST DRUMS EVER PRODUCED, AND THE SOUND, BUILD QUALITY AND DESIGN WOULD CERTAINLY LEND WELL TO TH. THESE SHELLS ARE ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT. LUDWIG HAS IT, AND GRETSCH HAS IT, BUT ROGERS ARE’IT’. THEY RECORDS LIKE NO OTHER AND THEY’RE BUILT LIKE NO OTHER. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
