1965 Ludwig Club Date Drum set in Silver Sparkle. 3 ply shells of Mahogany/Poplar/Mohogany with maple re-rings. The set consists of the following. 14″ x 22″ Bass drum Serial 170042 with telescopic spurs, consolette tom mount and side cymbal mount. Wrap is tight and new Ludwig head for resonant, Vintage Ludwig Weather King for batter. 14″ x 14″ floor tom. Rare size with telescopic legs included. New Remo heads top and bottom. 13″ x 9″ Rack tom. 166242 and one slight crack in wrap, see picture. 6′ away, you can’t see it. 14″ x 5″ Jazz Festival snare drum. 163368 and a beauty. New heads, original wires. Correct P83 throwoff and P32 Butt plate. All drums have Ludwig white paint, in the round and the usual micropitting on the lugs, but overall, amazing condition for being almost 50 years old. Will include bass drum spurs, floor tom legs, consolette mount. No extra holes anywhere. WFL snare stand included. Check my other auctions and my feedback is very important to me.
