1970’s LUDWIG Butcher Block Drum Set 13/14/18/24 3 Ply Clear Maple Interior EXCD. Very clean early 70’s Ludwig drums in Butcher Block Cortex!! This is a factory matched set!! 3 ply shells with clear maple interior on each drum!! No extra holes or mods, each of the drums are in excellent condition. There is a small area of pedal rash on both bass drum hoops, and a few small nicks on the floor tom (photo 12). Very nice chrome overall, but there is some minor micropitting on some of the lugs. All original parts except for batter heads which are new Remo Coated Ambassadors on the toms and a Coated Emperor on the bass drum. I will include a SuperKick 1 for the bass drum and the original bass drum resonant head. Each of the drums are in round with solid shells and original bearing edges. Perfect seams on each drum; no seam lift whatsoever. Each of the drums tune up easily and sound great! I have many more photos available.
