Kerry Meads was an exceptional drummer and percussionist who recently passed away. Kerry played percussion professionally in the Orchestras on Broadway, The New York Philharmonic, Carnegie Hall and the Boston Pops. He played for local Pennsylvania bands in carnivals, fairs and festivals. He also played on cruises and music tours throughout the United States and Europe over the years. Here is his 1969-71 Slingerland 9×13, 16×16, 14×22 drum set in Blue Satin Flame. Extremely clean maple interiors. Original white coated Slingerland top tom heads and bass drum heads. Bass is a tad lighter in color on the top and there are a few relatively minor discolorations on the floor tom. Very few scratches on the satin and no checking or other issues.
