Up for sale is a custom built North American maple kit with shallow depths for compact transportation and footprint. Sizes are 7×12 rack tom, 10×16 floor tom, 12×22 bass drum. Rack and floor tom are 6 ply, bass drum is 8 ply – all with double 45 degree bearing edges. The finish is a matt natural finish consisting of three gel top coats with sanding in-between. The interiors have one coat. The shells are made by Nordic Shells in Minnesota, and the hardware is from a Yamaha Tour Custom kit from the mid-2000’s. Includes long floor tom legs and YESS mounts for the rack tom and floor tom leg brackets. The drums are very warm, resonant and sensitive. The kit was used for 2 gigs but I no longer use or need drums with these diameters – so they have been stored in cases in a smoke-free environment. They need to be played.
