All drums are order matched with each other. All drums have Maple reinforcement rings. Cosmetic notes: The top side of the bass drum has a couple of chips in the paint (from minor tom rash). Also exhibits pedal rash. Each one of the toms has a small chip in the paint. I took a picture of each chip. They are minor chips in the paint but they are there. The tom heads have a decent amount of use on them and may need to be replaced eventually. The bass drum has a muffle pillow. 10″ x 8″ Timbre note: C#. 12″ x 9″ Timbre note: F#. 14″ x 11″ Timbre note: D. 16″ x 13″ Timbre note: Bb. 22″ x 18″ Timbre note: Bb. 1998 DW Drum Workshop Pre-Collector’s Series Maple 5 Piece Drum Set. I believe the color is a Lavender Satin finish. Used but very good condition. These drums were taken on tour but very well taken care of, having spent most of their lives in SKB cases when not in use. There are only a couple of scuffs on the bass drum and they are very minor. The heads on the toms have a good amount of use on them but those can be easily replaced. The snare drum head is pretty well-used as well. There is an upgraded Evans Emad batter head for the bass drum. The bass drum has its DW muffle pillow. All 5 drums are serial number matched. They are all part of one single order. All drums manufactured in February of 1998. Reinforcement rings on all drums (except for the snare drum). 14″ x 11″ Tom. 16″ x 16″ Floor Tom. 18″ x 16″ Floor Tom. 24″ x 18″ Bass Drum. 14″ x 7″ Edge Snare Drum. Everything seen is included. At this price I will be including the DW 9000 series snare drum stand and DW 9000 Series double tom stand with a boom arm attachment for a cymbal. Up for sale is one of my favorite things in the world — my 4 piece DW Collector’s Series Broken Glass drum set. Sad, yes, but I honestly really want this to go to a good home where they’ll be used and appreciated like they should be. It’s in great condition by my standards, but is not what I would consider to be perfectly mint/without a single scratch/etc. – after all, this is a drum set that was used to play shows, record in the studio/etc. It was given love! The sound is just as good as the very first day I played it. One of my favorite features is the unique bass drum size (23)… It’s big and sounds freaking great. As someone who was beyond frustrated with my previous set before this one (Tama), the tone on these toms is amazing. The good news is it’s a pretty reasonable drive for a lot of places in the Northeast area, etc. If you have any questions, please hit me up! Please no absurd offers, I appreciate that in advance.
