This one comes with the metallic gray cymbals except for the digital ride, which is only made in black. The TD-50KV normally comes with the MDS-50KV rack. This one comes with the MDS-25 rack. The racks are identical except for slightly different dimensions. Overall this drum set is in excellent condition. It is very clean. You won’t have to worry about that with this one. The module is in excellent condition and is working perfectly. The rack still looks really good with no heavy scratches. All of the drum heads are clean and in great condition. The metallic gray finish is not flaking on any of the cymbals. The bass drum has some light black marks from a double bass pedal that should wash off, but the head itself is undamaged. The PDP snare stand used for the side snare is cheap, and the thumbscrew to lock the legs in place is stripped. It still works, but the legs will move if you pick it up. All of the rest of the hardware is in excellent condition. The digital snare has a small dent shown in pictures. Aside from that it’s in excellent condition. The rubber rim on the digital snare was replaced with a lower profile one to feel more like an acoustic snare. The Roland one was put back on for pictures but I’d recommend giving the Drum-tec one a try, it feels really good. I was able to get everything hooked up using the cables that run through the rack. Depending on how you set it up, you might want to rearrange the cables running through the rack, and we’re also including two additional black cables just in case.
