For sale is a Gretsch USA 3 piece Broadkaster Shell Pack in a gorgeous Tangerine glitter wrap finish! SNARE STAND PICTURED IS NOT INCLUDED!!!! This has 3 ply maple/poplar/maple shells with no re rings. The bass drum shell has some minor cracking behind the spur. As seen in the last picture. It still super solid and does not effect the playability in anyway. Comes with a 10″ (deep) x 14″ rack tom. 16X16″ floor tom, and a 14 (deep) x 26″ bass drum! These drums are in super clean shape. There’s light scratches in the finish. Chrome hardware has very minor scratches, rust and pitting. Spurs, brackets and tone controls are functioning 100%. Heads have plenty of play left! The original shells are very, very nice with original bearing edges. These drums are professionally recovered in tangerine glass glitter. Again, these are tangerine glitter, not red. The original stickers are intact in all the drums as follows: model 4244 #8932, model 4417 #8883, model 4415 #8859, model 4157 #8909. The snare has its original microsensitive strainer and butt end. All parts are original, (spurs and floor tom legs are exact reproductions). It comes with new Remo Ambassador drum heads. Get the highly-sought-after, vintage sound without breaking the bank. For sale is a great Gretsch Roundbadge players kit in the sought afterTangerine Sparkle finish. Jasper gum shells that made Gretsch famous! The finish overall on all drums; the. Seams on the bass drum have some lift but are not unglued, tom and snare seams are glued down. Finish has some scratching and wear/discoloration. 9″x 13″ Tom Tom. Traditional Gretsch lugs, Gretsch Round Badge, Gretsch die cast hoops and L Tab Diamond mounting plate. Both mufflers are present. Wrap is tight and in good condition as described above, however there are small holes along the seam that penetrate the shell (apparently someone tried to set the seam with tacks). Chrome is in good shape with less than expected pitting and flake. Has new modern Evans heads which are snug but fit easily. The bearing edges are nice and untouched. 14″x 22″ Bass Drum. Less common 22 size. Traditional Gretsch lugs, Missing the Gretsch round badge, Wooden Maple Bass Drum hoops are NOT Gretsch. The finish is in good shape, seams have some lift. Bearing edges are original and untouched with no issues. Double rail consolette, one consolette has a ding in it. Chrome has expected wear, spur mounts have some rust. 5.5″x 14″ Snare drum. Roundbadge, Gretsch streamline lugs, Microsensitive strainer and butt end all in great shape. The snare sounds great and everything works as it should. Has keyholder but no key. Made in USA, 60s era, Round Badge, sizes include: 20×14 bass drum, 16×16 floor tom, 13×9 tom, and 14×5.5 snare drum; silver interiors, shell interior tags are present, missing some lug mounting screws on the bass drum (fully functional, but worth mentioning), some wrap lift at the seam on all the drums, the floor tom and rack tom resonant hoops are non-original, non-original tension rods on the resonant sides of the floor tom and mounted tom, snare drum does not have heads or snare wires, throw-off is a bit finicky, but fully functional, all shells show some cosmetic wear, wrap is in beautiful condition, virtually zero fade, deep and bold tangerine color on all drums, some scratches and scuffs, some light oxidation on the hardware, the bearing edges on the resonant side of the 13 tom shows wear (there are a number of small chips around the edge; refer to pics), all drums have original mufflers (2 mufflers on the floor tom, 2 mufflers on the mounted tom, 1 muffler on the bass drum, 1 muffler on the snare), the bass drum hoops have some segments missing in the inlays (covered by the bass drum claws when assembled), 1 of the 2 bass drum hoops looks to be non-original (only apparent upon close inspection), the bass drum l-arm bracket mount has a non-original mounting hole drilled into it by the previous owner (no holes have been drilled into the shell, only the mount; refer to pics), see pics for details.
