Japanese “Stencil” Ralston Drum Set. This is a FOUR piece 1960’s Japanese “Stencil” kit badged Ralston. Unusual double 12 tom setup. 20 kick, 12,12,16. No snare, as the original one came damaged. I WAS however able to save the wrap in one piece. It will be included.

22×14 bass drum and 13×9 rack tom. The bass drum heads probably need changing. The heads on the tom are new-old-stock. I don’t see any serious issues. There are some splits on the re-rings where I think the wood was seamed. The mount will swing a little and needs to be clamped down very hard to get it still. You may want to add a washer or something to assist with that. They have normal aging issues but nothing big. It’s a cool little set. Some cosmetic wear throughout from use. I will be happy to assist any way I can! Also, multiple items bought from Drum Stash will be packed together if it can be done safely and efficiently.
