North Drum Set-Original Roger North built set. Double digit serial numbers. All original hardware, every screw, nut, lug, tension rod, washer, etc. With the exception of red rubber caps on the rack feet, bass drums spurs and floor tom feet. The hardware is in great shape. The shells have nicks on them but no cracks whatsoever. Have never seen one of these racks before. I’ve seen, owned the lug types but have not seen the rack or bass drum spurs like these on another North kit. I have a typical curved rack and a sled if one prefers one of those that are both in great shape. 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″ toms w\22″ bass drum. No 2 Walberg and Auge Perfection sets from the late 60s to early 70s seem to be the same. This 9×13-9×13-16×16-8lug 14×22 beauty has Gretsch lugs, Ludwig spring loaded floor tom legs, Rogers hoops and rods, and prototype mufflers, finished in Gretsch pink champagne sparkle. To boot, the rack toms and kick are Gretsch 6 ply shells with silver sealer. The floor tom is Rogers formula, 5 ply with 5 ply rings, but finished with silver sealer with an outside roundover and inside 30 degree Gretsch/Rogers hybrid style bearing edge. Overall the kit presents extremely well with the following marks, a bit of rash on the top left of the kick from the rack tom, a few very hard to see scuffs to the rack toms, and a few scratches and scuffs to the floor tom, a small bubble to the seam of the floor tom, no lifting, but not flat.
