Noble & Cooley CD Maple 5 pc. Drum Set Cherry Gloss Finish w Chrome Die Cast Hoop & Pearl Optimounts & EVANS Heads. Iconic Noble & Cooley CD Maple 5 piece drum set in stunning Cherry Gloss Finish. 10″ x 9″ rack tom. 12″ x 9″ rack tom. 14x 14 floor tom. 22 x 17 bass. 14 x 4 snare. Comes with Chrome Die Cast Hoops, Pearl Optimounts for the two rack toms and the floor tom, and an additional original floor tom mount (not shown – same standard size hole mount as the Pearl Optimounts). Total 4 tom mounts. Set manufactured in 1996 (snare was added later). It was the 426 CD kit built by Noble & Cooley. Has been very well taken care of, always kept in climate controlled, and babied their entire lives. Everything in excellent structural condition. Only used indoors – and never gigged. Shells, bearing edges all in perfect condition! Shell interiors are beautiful. No stripped or missing hardware. Chrome hardware has no pitting or rust. NOTE: Cosmetically has a few very minor nicks to finish on drums and hardware (couple nicks on rack toms, a few on bass drum, and the typical bass drum hoop rash where the pedal clamps, please see photos). Many reflections in photos – are just that – and not chips! Comes w/ nearly new EVANS G2 Coated batter heads on all toms and snare. EVANS G1 Clear Resonant heads on toms. EVANS Hazy 300 Snare resonant snare head. Bass drum EVANS EMAD 2 batter. Original Noble & Cooley logo black glossy head w/ two silver trimmed ports. Wood bass drum hoops w/ matching Cherry Gloss finish. Pure Sound Percussion 16 strand snare wires. Thin, superbly made all maple shells – makes my TAMA Starclassic kit sound like toy drums! If you have never heard or owned a set of maple Noble & Cooley drums, you are in for a pleasant surprise! I just need a larger kit – my loss is your gain. Mounting arms, stands, hi hat, cymbals etc not included!! I would be willing to sell the Pearl tom arms / stands, if you need them.. NOTE: Some very careful nesting will likely be necessary – hence a couple heads may need to re-assembled on arrival. Metro Detroit area suburb.
