This is a set of 18 “, 14 “, and 10 Roto Toms made by Remo. It includes three stands, drum covers, carrying case , and a pair of mallets. The drums themselves are in excellent shape. The black enamel paint is in great shape. There is no rust on the drums or stands. Hardware all works smoothly. Heads are new and may be original. They are the Weather King Timpani heads that were one of three options available when Roto Toms were released. The heads have a broad and full sound that works best with felt mallets, though sticks work too. The stands are in good condition. There is one joint in all three stands that wobbles (see picture #10), so that the drums rock up to 1/4. This seems to be more of a design flaw than damage, and it doesn’t affect playing. There is no risk of breakage here. I recommend moving the assembled drums by lifting the stand and not the drum. Please note that the wing nut on the stands is only for disassembling them; a drum key is needed to adjust height. All parts are original except: -I replaced one bent carriage bolt with a matching bolt. On one stand I replaced a missing plate adapter assembly and RotoTrac. One of the drum covers has a 2 tear in a seam. The carrying case is designed by Remo to hold various combinations of Roto Toms. It has a tray to hold mallets and stand parts. All items fit comfortably in the case. It has two handles. The case has some scuffs and dents but is structurally fine. I don’t have documentation of this but I will update the listing if I find it. I also have for sale 18″, 16″, 14″, and 8″ Roto Toms, as well as two 6/8/10 sets. By default I use UPS Ground. Please ask if you would like me to use a different service.
