This drum kit is in really good condition. Only flaw is that one of the cymbals goes in and out. It is an easy “fix” which probably won’t take much but I have another kit and just want to get rid of this one. Comes with just the kit and module. I may throw in the throne if it fits in the box. Like new, used less than 10 times, can re-pack into factory boxes, this kit is perfect for the drummer who wants to practice without driving the neighbors (or others in your house) crazy. Plug in the headphones and you’re good to go. However, this kit is great for the studio, and plug in the 1000w Thump12 12 powered speaker and it is ready for a live gig. Because I only took it out of the box and set it up in my home office in a cramped space to check it out, I do not have it set up in necessarily the best configuration and I have not used any of the cable ties to tie up the cables around the frame. It can look much neater and professional. When you set it all up. Than what you see in my pics. I played a Roland TD-20 for years and have played many brands, and I find the Alesis to be a nice compromise between the cheap kits that are nothing more than plastic and rubber pads, and, high-end kits like Roland offers. This Alesis kit has similar capabilities and the price tag is much easier on the wallet than a Roland kit. The mesh heads and the drum shells give the kit more of the look and feel of an acoustic set. I find the triggers to be very responsive and the drum brain, although perhaps not as user-friendly as the Roland, has many of the same functions. So if you want a good quality kit that gives you a lot of options with some common features as the Roland without the Roland price tag, then Alesis is for you! I bought the kit thinking that some colleagues and I might put a band together but these plans fell through and I need them out of my home office now. I have both the original Alesis Realhat Pedal and the free-standing Alexis Pro-X hi-hat with Gibraltar stand. A Mapex double kick bass pedal in addition to the Gibraltar single pedal. A Rythym Tech Drum Kit Pack that includes a mountable tambourine and cowbell–even though you can program any of the triggers to give you these effects, I still like the look and feel of having this mounted to my digital kits.
