This is a Maple 5.5×14 snare drum from Battlefield Drum Company, which is a USA custom drum company (Often compared to Pork Pie, Spaun). This drum is Dated 2010, at which time these drums were considered very good, until they eventually gained some controversy for having inconsistencies. Natural dark stain finish, tube lugs in great condition, throwoff works perfectly and all of the tension rods are smooth when tuning. I primarily play funk music, and this drum has a great tonal quality when tuned high, and also has a sweet “crack” with the rimshot. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
