1980’s Gretsch Chrome on Brass Snare Drum. 5.5 x 14 incredible sounding drum. I have only ever used this on recording sessions. Never taken it out of a studio. All original, Die Cast Hoops, Muffler, & Strainer. I have a lightly used Evans Hybrid head. If you’re familiar with those they are basically indestructible.

This kit needs no introduction! Excellent condition with some very minor cosmetic flaws. Chrome on hardware and hoops in pristine shape – no rust or pitting (expect for a little pitting on the snare Power Hoops). No missing parts, parts are all original except for snare wires (Pearl). Lacquer finish is in very good shape. There are some very minor scruffs on a couple of drums but there are hardly visible. Batter hoop has slight lacquer chipping where the pedal is attached and some black rubber residue from hoop protector. Small scratch on snare drum badge. Batter kick head dampening ring sleeve is pretty damaged but still functional. 14×6.5 snare drum. All tom mounting hardware is included. Snare drum stand and cymbal stand not included. ? Not interested in parting this kit out. In other words – no, I won’t sell just the 18 floor tom or snare drum. Such requests will be ignored. Check out my other listings for more drum stuff!

1980’s Sonor D506 with Hella die cast hoops. “Throw-off” strainer and butt. 8.5-9.0/10 condition with some light scratches on the shell. Lugs and hoops are very clean. 20 strand A&F snare wires. Iconic Sonor snare with wide tuning range.

This listing is for a Ludwig 22″ diameter x 14″ depth kick drum in Blue Oyster wrap. Blue/Olive badge with rounded corners from the early 1980s. Chrome has some pitting and scratches. Most of the T-rods and claws are not original. The hoops are not original. The wrap has some scratches, marks and a few short splits near the tom mount. During this time period Ludwig riveted the wrap seams. There is some lifting and some short splits on one riveted seam. The other seam has had the rivets removed and the wrap cut back a little. This has newer large 1/2 curved spurs installed. Edges are in nice condition. Overall in decent shape and functions as it should.

Vintage Yamaha 5000 Series drum set, made in Japan. Wooden hoops on bass drum. Usual scratching on wrap. Chrome in pretty good shape with minimal pitting, no rust. Floor tom had a couple small chips inside which were repaired with wood filler (reso side). Some adhesive residue on inner shells around batter side (looks like the previous owner installed some sort of dampeners and used glue). Bass drum reso head not original (logo is a decal). Includes original double tom bass drum mount and floor tom legs (rubber tips are Pearl, actually better than the original ones). Located in Yonkers, NY. Vintage Remo Junior Pro JR-1400-52 (PTS – Pre Tuned System) drum set in Deep Red, very good condition! Can be used as a bop or kids set. Made in the USA. Quadura Acousticon SE shells. All original parts, including hardware, heads and cymbal. All clips are present and operational. Minor scratches on wrap, but overall good shape. Some adhesive residue on bass drum batter head, reso head also has some marks. Cymbal has minor dents. (please note that I don’t have a riser for a 16 kick, so positioning of the beater was not ideal, sound can be definitely be improved with a riser, no muffling was used).

Drums are in playable condition. One of the rack Toms has a broken mount. Floor cleats missing on one side. The other side is missing the screw for the cleat.
