Drums have been used, there are scuffs/blemishes/signs of wear on all drums. However, the sound has not been compromised. Bass drum comes with rail mount and cymbal holder attached. Bass drum is Maple Cortex, with Granitone interior in bass drum. The toms are natural finish, it appears that a wrap may have been on the rack tom, but the badge doesn’t appear to be tampered with.
