For your consideration, BILLY COBHAM’S MAPEX, CUSTOM MAPLE DRUM KIT SHELL PACK, HANDMADE FOR BILLY COBHAM IN THE UNITED STATES and used by Billy Cobham while on tour with none other than PETER GABRIEL in the UNITED STATES, ISRAEL, AND EUROPE in 1994!!! And before you can ask, YES, there is a Certificate of Authenticity! This is a true collector’s item, one of a kind drum kit!! This is a 14 piece shell pack consisting of 3 bass drums, 3 snare drums, and 8 toms! This is your chance to own a true, one of a kind, custom made for the artist drum kit which was used on an actual tour. It is not run of the mill or the lead singer’s brother’s drum kit! Finished in a transparent Emerald Lacquer, let’s get into the details of this shell pack and, remember, it’s depth then diameter. 2 16×24 Bass Drums. 1 14×20 Bass Drum. 1 4×13 Snare Drum which was factory fitted to be held in place by a tom holder. 1 8×14 Snare Drum, featuring die cast hoops. 1 10×14 Snare Drum, featuring die cast hoops. 1 8×12 Mounted Tom. 1 9×13 Mounted Tom. 1 14×14 Mounted Floor Tom. 1 14×15 Mounted Floor Tom. 1 16×16 Floor Tom. 1 16x18Floor Tom. 1 16×20 Floor Tom. 1 8×8 Mounted tom, which was added on later. Being used, these drums do have some flaws such as one of the nodular lugs having broken off of the 14×20 bass drum as well as on the 10×14 snare drum. There are some chips in the finish and hoop of one of the 24 bass drums. These drums were well used and have signs showing that use. Many of the drum heads will need to be replaced and this listing is for the drums only; no stands are included. These drums are used and have signs of use.
