I bought it from Guitar Center as a used kit but have decided to let it go because I already have several maple kits. The kit is in excellent condition other then the two areas of damage on the kick which are a small spider web crack in the lacquer finish on the top of the bass drum and the resonant bass drum hoop is cracked (both pictured). The spiderweb finish crack is barely noticeable unless you are really looking and the toms hide it when set up. The cracked hoop has been repaired, is fully functional, and can be easily covered by a bass drum tension rod. All toms and the floor tom feature Tama’s new Star Mounts with their innovative memory lock system.
